JR67712 Intern - Manufacturing Dry Etch

Location: 1 N Coast Dr, Singapore 757432
Department: Manufacturing - Dry Etch
Project Title: Design and Development of Clean, Coat, Repair, Refurb (CCRR) System for VantexB and VantexBX workstation
Description: The Internship program aims to expose intern to 150s/160s VantexB and VantexBX hardware/system, to learn preventive maintenance procedures, to familiarize with the current practice of external repairs, and to establish a system to better facilitate CCRR process for equipment's faulty repairable parts.
Scope: In this Project, the student will
- Gain understanding of the hardware and system used in semiconductor dry etch process
- Learn preventive maintenance procedures
- Be exposed to current practice of external repair

Deliverable: To be able to develop a system to facilitate CCRR process, for example a sharepoint platform for parts tracking
Skillset Required: Basic skills on Microsoft Office suite
Course of interests: Engineering
Duration Period: 6 months
