**About the Role**:
The Account Manager will be the primary contact point between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to building lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management:
○ Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

○ Understand clients' business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience.

○ Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

○ Address client concerns and provide timely solutions with their best interests in mind.
- Project Oversight:
○ Collaborate with line producers and project managers to ensure project success.

○ Define project scopes, create timelines, and track progress to meet deadlines.

○ Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

○ Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges to minimize project risks.
- Team Coordination:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

○ Facilitate meetings, distribute call sheets, permits, and clearances.

○ Manage project timelines and coordinate resources efficiently.
- Business Development:
○ Contribute to business development by identifying potential clients and pitching

services.

○ Assist in developing proposals and presentations to attract new business.

○ Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Strategic Thinking:
○ Understand the capabilities and limitations of products and services.

○ Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.

○ Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and effective approaches.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in account management or client services within a creative

agency.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Deep understanding of our products and services, including their capabilities and

limitations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
