We are hiring an open-minded and self-driven Regional After Sales Business Executive based in our Regional Headquarter in Singapore.

**Job overview**:
**Your tasks**:

- Achieves order entry targets for accessories, retrofits & services of ZwickRoell Singapore.
- Actively promotes ZwickRoell retrofits, accessories & services for existing install base in SEA.
- Actively promote tXt update/upgrade, condition monitoring to existing install base.
- Review install base to identify & make strategies for sale of accessories, retrofits & services.
- Close interaction with UZ after sales team to develop sales strategy for accessories, retrofits.
- Close interaction with ZR entities & partner to push accessoies & retrofits business.
- Prepare & deliver technical presentations to customers & partners on product & services.
- Utilizes PULSE/CRM system to actively manage aftersale opportunities & quote of SEA.
- Provide regional v2 support to ZR entity & partners on “uzs-uzp” products & services.
- Prompt response to customer/ partner enquiry by specifing & preparing quotation.
- Regular visit to local & regional strategic customers for consultation & project discussion.
- Build long-term relationships & excite key decision-makers with technical consultation to existing local/ strategic regional install base.
- Continuously monitors competitor activities at prospective customers, and provides timely reporting on competitive activity to Regional Service Manager.
- Provide pre-test & demostration at Xpereince center for customer new testing requirements.
- Report customer complaints & seek support from Regional Service Manager for resolution.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Regional Service Manager.

**Your profile**:

- Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
- Diploma or Master’s degree in Sales & Business administration (preferred).

Experience
- Experience in measurement, analytical instruments or materials testing is advantageous.

**Requirements**:

- Strong oral & written communication along with presentation skills.
- Passionate towards sales and consultation to meet customer requirements.
- Basic understanding of materials property, mechanics, hydraulics & pneumatics.
- Ability to work independently under pressure to delivery Sales target.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer and software skills.
- Proficiency in English & an Asian language (Thai, Malay etc.)
- Proficiency in German language would be advantageous.
- 60% travel requirement to local & regional customer.
