We’re supporting an established MNC in seeking a **Regional Channel Leader**to take ownership of distributor partnerships and execute impactful commercial strategies. This is a **pivotal mid-level leadership role**ideal for someone with **regional experience**and a strong grasp of **channel dynamics in healthcare**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage **distributor performance**, POS execution, inventory optimization, and compliance across the region.
- Expand coverage, **rationalize channel partners**, and support sell-in/sell-out growth via tailored incentive programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial excellence teams to enable partner success.
- Drive **digital enablement**and support **eCommerce transformation**in the channel.
- Analyze market trends, manage forecasts, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with **corporate standards, ethics**, and strategic goals.

**What You Bring**:

- 8+ years of experience managing **distributors/channel sales**in **medical/dental or consumer health devices**.
- Strong background in **channel strategy, commercial operations, sales analytics**, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic alliances.
- Experience working across **regional**markets
- A data-driven mindset and passion for growing business through smart partnerships.
