**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- AEI (Asian Enterprise Institute) 3.0 Community Engagement
- To work closely with Head, Institute to develop the objectives, structure, programme on subsequent outreach and engagement activities, in support for AEI's Growth in Asia Strategy.
- Programme Management for ELT (Enterprise Leadership for Transformation Programme)
- Managing participants' expectations of programme requirements & address arising concerns/request
- Assist in the preparation & execution of the recruitment process (interview, selection, onboarding) to ensure - smooth delivery of the recruitment process.
- Manage participants expectations & ensure they are engaged throughout the entire programme.
- Manage enquiries from potential participants.
- Stakeholders Management (Trainers & Coaches)
- Ensure smooth delivery of quality administration in curriculum & BGP (Business Growth Plan).
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met & quality of work is delivered.
- ELT Overseas Immersion
- Ensure smooth delivery of quality administration & planning.
- Management of trip during travelling to ensure safe and quality trip experience for ELT participants.
- Bond building with the ELT participants to foster good working relationships.
- ELT Publicity Events (Marketing & Alumni)
- Ideation of topics & theme to suit learning needs for participants.
- Ensure smooth delivery of quality administration for events.
- Actual execution to ensure smooth delivery and maximum turnout for events.
- Bond building with the participants to foster good working relationships.
- Event Management (SME Development Series)
- Liaison with speakers and partners for pre-event preparations to ensure that all logistic requirements are prepared for smooth delivery of events.
- Preparation of event mailers, working with partners to promote the event, and monitoring of registration, in order to ensure maximum turnout for the events.
- Oversee event execution to ensure smooth delivery of events and that all guests attending our events are well-taken care of.
- Conduct post event evaluations for improvements and planning purposes
- Matters that relate to UOB-SMU AEI, which from time to time may arise, e.g. liaising with UOB and other external parties on events, etc.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Basic degree (specialization in business management preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in stakeholders management and external facing functions.
- At least 6 years' of working experience.
- Outgoing personality and enjoys engagement with people of all levels.
- Excellent communication skill (verbal and written) is a must.
- Maturity and personality to engage industry professionals, SMEs/entrepreneurs/business leaders and board members.
- Great stakeholders management skills, able to mediate issues between SMEs, project advisors and student consultants.
- Some experience in website content management or other online platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong administrative skill is highly essential; independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
