**Responsibilities**:

- Research on supplier prices, product quality, and their availability for projects.
- Create and seeking approval of all purchase orders, keep track of all deliveries, and in-charge of quality checks upon receipt of products.
- Prepare import and export documents including packing list, invoices, country of origin, letter of credit, insurance, etc
- Liaise with customers and forwarders on delivery schedules and shipment arrangement
- Liaise with forwarder on cargo clearance, permit and delivery, for both import and export
- Liaise with forwarder on documentation, booking of containers, shipment and tracking of cargo
- Liaise with the warehouse team on packaging, loading and unloading
- Update and monitor the status of shipping arrangement and delivery
- Check and verify documents to ensure legal compliance
- Arrange for replacement or refunds if products are not up to standard.
- Conduct inventory stock takes twice a week.
- Keep log of material usage from all employees.
- Issuance of all safety tools for employees when required.
- Maintaining and restocking of tools and machinery required in the factory.
- Ensuring dormitory and showroom are well-equipped.
- Assisting in all other purchasing and logistics requirements of the company.
- All other duties assigned by your supervisor or the management.
