You will support project teams in Finance matters, such as issuing purchase orders for awarded projects, raising payment vouchers to pay vendors, issuing invoices to bill customers for rental etc. You will be reporting to the Team lead, Process Assurance.

**What you will be working on**
- In this role, You will, - Perform Small Value Purchase (SVP) after sourcing 2 or 3 quotes from vendors via FMAS. - Ensure payments to vendors are within the credit term and in accordance to Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (SOP) Act. - Track project budgets, development budget & expenditure, payments and invoicing. - Conduct monitoring and surveillance across the business activities, including finance operations relating to infrastructure business group such as but not limited to prompt payment in accordance to Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment (SOP) Act. - Ensures assets are capitalised and inventories are tracked. - Ensure invoices are billed timely to customers via FMAS to agencies and Vendors. - Ensure purchase orders are raised on timely basis through SVP, ITQ and ITT. - Highlight areas of non-compliance such as non-existent/ insufficient supporting documents to process payment. - Perform checks to ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal guidelines - Perform daily administrative roles including data entry.

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines. - 1 to 3 years working experience and preferably project management exposure in built environment sector - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs - Familiarity with Workday system - Positive, pro-active and good team player - Hands on and meticulous in his/her work and can deliver with tight deadlines - Able to cope in fast moving environment and work independently under mínimal supervision - Effective communication skill, good problem-solving mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
