**(Senior) Strategy Director - CRM**

Based in Singapore

Hiring a **CRM (Snr.) Strategy Director **to join a creative, strategy, and innovation company

With a talented team of 60 in the Singapore office, we focus on harnessing technology and human understanding to help many leading brands optimize the use of data and drive digital innovation to maximise customer experience.

**Your role**:

- Lead CRM team, own the process (brief, research, strategy), and support the customer journey execution
- Work with data analysts and strategists to ensure consumer, market & behavioural insights driven strategies
- Understand customer journeys (concept, execution, results tracking) data driven personalized contact strategies, to meet objectives including sales conversion, customer retention and loyalty.
- Undertake regular executive business reviews, highlighting performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Grow client relationships through a strong mix of best-practice solutions (CRM/Data-driven marketing)
- Work closely with experts in other disciplines, contribute towards the development of the wider strategy team (integrated & data-driven) by supporting their personal growths, and sharing interesting tools or techniques with the wider agency.

**You have**:

- 8+ years of experience, with 3-5 years of leadership capacity, in B2C omnichannel marketing (CRM, CX, Performance Marketing, Loyalty)
- Ability to translate data into recommendations, projections, and KPIs,
- Ability to work closely with data planners and analysts.
- Strong client management, communication, and problem solving skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Hybris, etc) is a big plus
