- Conduct food safety and hygiene inspection to ensure operation adhere to Food Safety, Inflight Catering / Airlines Audits and local regulatory requirements
- Plan and conduct ISO/HACCP internal audit to ensure operation team comply with the ISO 22000 & HACCP food safety and quality management system
- Attend to site inspection by local Food Authority (SFA) and site audit & e-Audit by Auditors (clients, third party Auditors etc.)
- Attend briefings and meetings such as morning briefing, Union Meeting, Risk & Safety Meeting and any ad-hoc meetings that involved QA
- Support the MSC/ASC certification audit and traceability
- Support QA Manager in managing the customer complaints, investigation and prepare the reports pertaining to food safety incidents and quality assurance
- Follow up with the Suppliers on the customer complaints and review the supplier investigation report and corrective action to prevent recurrence
- Conduct QA random sampling for microbiological testing, monitor and analyze the test results, performance and trending; and follow up on the unsatisfactory result (if any).
- Prepare and vet the QA test reports
- Support Manager on the data compilation, analyze the data using Pivot or Business Performance Monitoring Tools and prepare the monthly report to HOD
- To support Manager on the shelf life validation study which include planning, coordination, testing, data analysis and report preparation
- To support Manager on the simulation test to validate the process and verify QA findings, and prepare the report
- Assist to update and maintain the Food Safety Management System manual (ISO 22000 / HACCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Guidelines.
- Support SATS Group QA on the ad-hoc projects / special commercial events / emergency preparedness and periodic validation program such as Mock recall and BCP exercise.
- Review the Pest Control Service Report to monitor their Pest Management performance and ensure comply to contract, audit and food safety requirement.
- Support Hygiene & Compliance team in the review of Tender Specification for Cleaning Service Contract and Pest Management Contract.

- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology /Food Science & Nutrition / any relevant Science with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences
- Knowledge and audit experience in ISO, HACCP and GMP is an advantage
- Assertive and able to work independently
- Meticulous, proactive and positive
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
