Here is a description of the role we are opening:
The Global Supplier Quality Manager (GSQM) will provide strategic quality systems and quality compliance leadership in supplier quality management in the smartcard, healthcare, and IoT business.

The GSQM shall ensure that quality standards and requirements of Linxens suppliers and subcontractors are met consistently and effectively globally across all Linxens site.

The GSQM shall develop and implement strategies and processes to assess, qualify and monitor suppliers’ quality performance to assure uninterrupted supply of raw materials free of quality defects.

The GSQM shall conduct Supplier Selection and Evaluation and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, R&D, engineering to evaluate potential suppliers and make informed decisions based on quality-related criteria.

The GSQM shall lead global supplier quality functional team in establishing and enforcing robust supplier quality management practices.

The GSQM shall identify and mitigate risk associated with suppliers’ quality performance. This includes conducting risk assessments, implementing contingency plans, developing strategies to address potential disruption in the supply chain due to related quality issues.

The GSQM in Supplier Development shall collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality of supply materials, processes and performance.

Reporting to the Global Quality Director, the GSQM shall work closely with all global quality functions, Site supplier quality, global supply chain, global procurement, R&D, global engineering, project teams and sites operations.

The individual must possess execution leadership qualities, collaboration skills, negotiation skills, problem
- solving ability, business acumen and technical expertise in the areas of responsibility.
