And a big part of those experiences is ensuring that the apps we offer are held to the highest standards for privacy, security, and content. We are looking for an experienced and passionate senior marketing professional to join our International Marketing team for the App Store. This role is responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to our customers that showcase the work of creative developers and help make the App Store and Arcade a place our hundreds of millions of customers will want to visit every single day.

**Description**

We are seeking a dynamic leader who can collaborate in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organisation. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. A core part of your success will be leveraging your relationships and influence with executive stakeholders to drive impactful results. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Best-in-class marketing: Create marketing plans that support the business goals for App Store in International, working in conjunction with the international and global leads. Ensuring all marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs are aligned with the global strategy, are measurable, and deliver return on investment. - Exceptional marketing briefs: You will write clear, insightful “business” briefs that demonstrate excellent understanding of Geo consumer and category insight. You will distill complex data and information into concise, well-written briefing documents for creative teams and marketing partners. - Cross-functional leadership: This position is responsible for building international marketing plans and playbooks, working closely with the international business teams, and global and local marketing teams. In partnership with these teams, you are responsible for ensuring that global strategies are operationalised into actionable playbooks for local marketing teams. - Marketing effectiveness: You will partner with Analytics and Media teams to define clear commercial and brand KPIs at the outset of every marketing initiative. You will lead retrospective campaign “learnings” reports and distill into future actions. - Prioritisation: Ruthless prioritisation of the campaigns and initiatives that will drive the business. You will provide clear rationale for decision-making to Exec leadership.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 10- 15+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience working at world-class creative agencies or mobile, gaming, technology, media or entertainment companies.
- Experience working in an International role is desired.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex marketing projects from concept to completion.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- You are a senior marketing professional able to influence the business leadership.
- Knowledge of marketing apps and app platforms required.
- Experience leading a team and comfort working in a highly matrix organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, creative and collaborative.
- Ability to manage to deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management skills, including managing complex projects and multiple timelines.
- Ability to work under pressure along with proven problem solving abilities.Comfortable working as part of a global team, building relationships with team members across the world.
