**Responsibilities**:

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with the purchasing of all goods (perishables/non-perishables), services, and equipment as required by the Company.
- Supervise the purchase of appropriate goods and materials at a competitive price and ensure proper quantities/volumes.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with regular reporting on goods purchased and inventory levels so to allow for more effective cost savings.
- Work with Purchasing Manager on how to improve the purchasing processes in order to reduce waste and improve profitability.
- Administratively process purchase orders and goods received in the purchasing system
- Maintain good working relationships with all departments and suppliers/vendors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in F&B/Hospitality/Retail is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Experience in purchase order generation, goods receiving & stock take.
- Proficient in Micros, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
- Have excellent spoken and written English.
- Must be flexible, meticulous, cheerful, and friendly.
- Is a good team player, have good communication skills, able to work with demanding people, and have a sense of urgency.
