**Working hours: Monday - Friday Office Hours**

**Salary range: $4,800 - $5,800/month**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of medications and clinical supplies across clinics.
- Handle full spectrum of supply chain functions: vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to MOH and regulatory standards (GDP, GDPMDS, ISO, etc.).
- Help build purchasing SOPs and documentation processes.
- Support maritime medical supply operations (e.g. offshore medication delivery).
- Training will be provided by Senior Pharmacist - Inpatient/Clinical pharmacist are welcomed to pivot out of the usual clinical role for broader exposure & scope

**To excel**
- SPC Registered
- Comfortable & flexible with the out-of-office hours duty (maritime services)
- Skilled in Data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Capable of using simple formulas or pivot tables to analyze data effectively
