Facility Management Executive

Job Description
- Planning and execution of all M&E periodic preventive maintenance, repair and replacement programm
- Procure service contracts and liaise with relevant service providers to implement rectification works.
- Investigate M&E issues, review technical recommendations and solutions from service providers or outsourced contractors on any technical matters.
- Manage and execute M&E upgrading projects.
- Plan, control, organise and monitor all property M&E operations to ensure compliance with building safety requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Propose, plan, coordinate Opex and Capex projects and tenant improvement works.
- Support the budgeting process and tracks the cost controlling of expenses.
- Manage 3rd party service providers, e.g. managing agents, outsourced vendors, term contractors, etc.
- Ensure KPIs of services providers are met and provide service level assessment for renewal of contracts.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective renewal of contracts and regulatory licenses.
- Manage quotation and tender processes from drafting of specifications to contract administration.
- Liaise with tenants / external stakeholders where necessary to resolve maintenance and project related matters.
- Implement and manage building sustainability initiatives.
- Any other duties allocated/assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent study qualification in building related field (building, Facility Management, Mechanical and Electrical)
- Minimum 3 years work experience in facility management environment will be an advantage
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) qualification will be an advantage
- Good computer literacy
- An eye for detail
- Pro-active and responsible team player who is able to complete assigned tasks with little supervision
