Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for helping build up our wholesale stationery business by identifying new business prospects and maintain relationships with current clients to increase sales.
Experience in sales and marketing is a huge plus. Communication skills are also vital to this job.
**Job Description**:
- Manage Bookstore, Lifestyle retail chain store key accounts (existing accounts)
- Responsible for expansion and new account development to improve overall sales of retail channels.
- Prepare and make presentations to customers for new product launches and promotions.
- Prepare monthly and annual sales report for management.
- Merchandising retail store displays
- Ensure sufficient stocks and proper planogram at retail stores.
- Write up sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Assess needs of the retail environment and recommend appropriate solutions as well as additional items that are beneficial and increase sales (e.g. POP, POSM, product samples, etc.).
- Handle setup of promotions and off-site events.
- Follow up on billing enquiries or issues.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to customer service by being focused and maintaining premium customer service levels with existing accounts.
Qualifications for Sales Account Manager
- Knowledge of MS Office software especially Excel
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
