**Mars Equity **is a Singapore-Based technology fund, created to provide growth capital for fast-growing startups and tech companies in the Asia-Pacific and EMEA region. The fund will invest in middle-later stage startups and manage $500+ million. Mars Equity is a joint venture between Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group’s core banking subsidiary MUFG Bank, LIQUiDITY Group, and US-based venture capital, Spark Capital. The fund has a clear mission - to deliver the best solution for tech companies' toughest financial challenges.

As a **General Partner**, this person will work to direct investment strategy and operations for venture capital/financial professional services. Specifically, day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for portfolio company management and serves on the board of directors
- Responsible for raising the fund.
- Managing qualitative deal diligence and customer calls
- Attending and participating in conferences, industry events, and speaking engagements
- Leading evaluation of investment opportunity and returns based on investment memo, financial analysis, and various valuation methodologies; and
- Managing internal team members

**You have**:

- ** More than 15 years of relevant working experience in the industry.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong contacts and networks in the ecosystem or the banking industry
- Extensive experience in financial modeling & structuring
- Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills, demonstrable ability to gain trust
- Professional communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong desire to grow or continue your career
