HR and Accounting Executive

**Job Requirement**:
- Full time required;
- Hold a valid work permit in Singapore;
- Proficient in using office software and capable of working independently;
- Proficient in both Chinese and English;
- Comprehensive understanding of local workforce in Singapore, accounting principles, and legal regulations;
- Required at least 1 years of accounting and HR experience in Singapore;

**Job Responsibility**:
- Complete daily cash reconciliation and related accounting entries
- Calculate, prepare, and issue documents such as bills, invoices, and statements related to accounts.
- Coordinate payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely compilation, processing, and verification of all payroll data, meeting all payroll deadlines;
- Arrange the solution of company tax-related issues and propose better solutions when needed.
- Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and internal financial reports promptly.
- Assist and supervise monthly inventory count for procurement.
- Assist in new hiring and termination.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor;

- 协调工资单活动,以确保以准确和及时的方式编译、处理和核对所有工资数据,满足所有工资单截止日期;

- 负责及时编制月度、季度和年度财务报表和内部财务报告;
- 每月协助并监督采购完成盘点工作;
- 完成新人招聘和解除合约;
完成主管交办的其他工作;
