**Accounting Responsibilities**:
- Handle full sets of accounts, including quarterly GST submissions & tax filings.
- Perform reconcillations for bank accounts, AR & AP.
- Monitor AR ageing report & follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly report & execute online payments.
**HR Responsibilities**:
- Support monthly payroll, claims, commission & leave processing.
- Submit statutory filings for CPF, IR8A, etc.
- Maintain accurate HR records & employee files
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum LCCI or Diploma or at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
- Merticulous, discreet & organized individual.
- Ability to multitask & work independently with a responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
