**Your new role**
As a Production Services Analyst, you will be using monitoring tools to identify and research potential production incidents while escalating advanced support for problem resolution. You will also be performing environment routing and implementation of splash pages.

As a Production Services Analyst, you will also be developing procedures for troubleshooting while responding to alerts regarding potential production incidents. This is a 12 months renewable contract.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working knowledge of Splunk, Tivoli Netcool, Introscope and Sitescope is necessary
- Experience in Java Virtual Machine, Unix/Linux OS, Windows, MQ, OOS/Webmethods
- ITIL Foundation/Intermediary certification
