Avl Specialist

**About the role**

As an AVL Specialist, you will serve and train volunteers to serve the different platforms of the Church by using audio, video, and lighting technologies. This includes worship services, events, and productions. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, setting up, and teardown of a wide range of production equipment.

**What you’ll do**
- Assist the Technical Lead in the planning and implementation of church services, events, and productions.
- Co-ordinate, facilitate, oversee the operation and upgrading of AVL for events & productions.
- Liaise between the Technical Lead and various ministries of the church for their ministry needs.
- Plan trainings to develop volunteers to increase/ improve technical capabilities.
- Be involved in AVL design and implementation.
- Responsible for technical logistics and assets management.
- Review and improve operational efficiency, enhance internal controls, and provide improved accountability.
- Implement best practices and work processes in digital concepts/ operations.
- Housekeep, test, troubleshoot and respond during events and services at all venues.
- Assist in managing Technical Team budget and timelines.
- Be involved in specific projects assigned by church leadership.

- Hold a Diploma/ Degree in Film, Sound & Video, Mass Communication, or related disciplines.
- Well-versed with Dante infrastructure and Lightkey or MA Lighting infrastructure.
- Well-versed with ProPresenter and Video infrastructure.
