Assisting sales manager with administrative tasks and co-ordination : prepare and process quotations / orders / invoices and documents for delivery. - Process PO / SO / DO and invoices. - Provide assistance and support to the sales manager / sales department - Ad-hoc duties as assigned

To co-ordinate sales activities and perform administrative work. Prepare sales document like quotation, invoice, delivery order, purchase order etc Sourcing and purchasing and filing Co-ordinate delivery Good administration and organisation skills Able to communicate well Knowledge on Microsoft Office
