**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Scope**:
- The Sales Transaction Coordinator is part of the AMER Sales Transaction Support team. Main responsibilities include creating quotes for the Customer and Sales Representatives and shepherding all these quotes through the approval process up to booking.
- This role also involves coordination with customers, Sales Reps and working cross-functionally to solve issues related to quotes and orders for our newly acquired business in Canada.
- The nature of the accounts will require working across different countries and with counterparts in the Global organization if applicable to be sure the customer is aware and help the internal customer through adoption.
- In addition, the role includes creation of quotes and will also be responsible to handle order and assets related requests coming from different external and internal departments.
- The role will have a close working relationship with Sales Support Associate’s, Sales Reps, Customer, and Client Success Manager’s for obtaining the required order information to ensure quotes are not delayed.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales co-ordinator
- Prior experience working in Telco/ Data Centre industry is preferable.
- Prior experience in using Salesforce or Siebel tools
- Strong teamwork and excellent problem solving and communication skills
