About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team at YLS Steel Pte Ltd in the Pioneer West Region. To support our sales efforts and ensuring seamless operations within our Client & Sales Administration function.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries, order processing, and documentation
Coordinating the flow of information between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Providing general office support as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
What we're looking for
Certificate/Diploma in business administration
Good administrative and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Some experience in a sales or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English and ability to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers
A proactive, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service
