**CLIENT SUMMARY**

Our Client is a US software vendor in Intelligent Automation space, combining RPA, digitization, BPM, mobility & engagement and analytics.

For this role, you will focus on identifying and developing sales opportunities within the Enterprise and SMB markets - drive customer and partner engagements and expand the company's market share in the region.

**RESPONSIBIITIES**
- Expand the company’s market share and contribute to achieving its aggressive sales targets in** Greater China region.**:

- Identify and develop sales opportunities within Enterprise & SMB companies
- Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
- Articulate the value proposition of the digital solution** **to drive customer engagement and growth in the market
- ** Build mid-level and executive level relationships** and establish meetings with a broad array of end-users
- Collaboration with internal teams to provide clients with a clear understanding of our competitive advantages and why customers should choose our solutions
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive lead generation and assist in closing joint selling opportunities
- ** Create account planning and proactively drive the opportunity to closure**:

- Generate sales leads and close sales virtually
- Host customers’ events and training virtually
- Mobilize internal resources to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved
- Manages and records all activity, forecast and pipeline in Salesforce
- Remain informed and up to date on industry news, market and competitive activity
- ** Overachieve sales targets** contributing to the region’s overall plan
- Willingness to travel (once it is safe to do so in the future)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven sales track record in consultative solution selling, business acumen and pricing negotiations
- ** Minimum 8 years of client-facing quota carrying sales experience**:

- Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Experience selling software or solution deals at mid-level to senior level stakeholders
- ** Consistent over-achievement of sales targets in past positions**:

- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external relevant stakeholders virtually, socially, and physically
- Territory planning and management skills
- Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs
- Good organizational and planning skills and an ability to set and manage priorities
- Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and solve problems
