**Responsibilities**
- Leads the GTM strategy, Demand Management and Pipeline Coverage for S/4HANA Public Cloud business in SEA
- Act as an Executive Advocate for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deals and help the Industry Account Executives and extended VAT teams successfully drive the sales cycles
- Responsible for building and accelerating a high quality S/4HANA Public Cloud pipeline through programmatic execution of 1:1 and 1:many demand generation campaigns
- Closely work with ICA Presales, Partner Organization and other VAT team members to programmatically progress key S/4HANA Public Cloud deals through various key milestones like Digital Discovery, Brand Guardian etc.
- Build and roll out high impact internal and external enablement plans for incubating and scaling S/4HANA Public cloud within the region
- Collaborate with regional and global Public Cloud Tiger Team to support the Public Cloud Acceleration Program in APJ
- Foster a strong conduit between the VAT team / customer accounts and development on key LoB / industry functionality needs
- Contribute to go-to-market plan for solutions, drive adoption and review solution success & analysis of customer insight
**Goals**
- Drive pipeline and contribute to budgeted revenue attainment for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Contribute to increased references / customer stories & renewals for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Increase target profile (e.g., Mid-Market, Professional Services, Public Sector) net new names adoption of SAP S/4HANA (Public) Cloud
- Evangelize our RISE with SAP Value Proposition both internally and externally
- Contribute to a culture the exemplifies our “how we run” culture (Build Bridges not Silos, Embrace Differences, Stay Curious, and Tell it Like it Is)
**Experience (Role Requirements)**
- 12+ years’ experience in Pre-sales, Solution Sales or Consulting, or related areas preferred
- 5+ years’ experience of SAP ERP, S/4HANA preferably S/4HANA Public Cloud,
- Business value driven and consultative selling expertise in leading technology and/or consulting firms
- Public cloud mindset ideally with experience in selling and/or positioning public cloud solutions
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to influence
- Change agent (move to business outcome based selling motion, sell to the business not IT)
- Lead without authority
- Sharing best practices
- Contribute to account strategy / development of sales cycle
- Strong presentation skills
- Intellectual curiosity (ability to stay current...stay at the cutting edge)
