**Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Design and Architecture**:Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solutions, considering business requirements, technical feasibility, and industry best practices.
Define architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across SAP landscapes.
Provide strategic guidance on SAP technology roadmap, evaluating new technologies and solutions to drive innovation and business value.
- **Technical Leadership**:Serve as the technical authority on SAP projects, providing guidance and oversight to project teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural principles.
- **SAP Implementation and Integration**:Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions and extensions to standard SAP functionality.
- **Performance Optimization and Governance**:Conduct performance analysis and optimization of SAP systems to ensure optimal system response times and scalability.
Define governance processes and procedures for SAP solution development, deployment, and maintenance.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of SAP solutions, driving continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Management and Communication**:Engage with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and project teams to understand business needs and priorities.
Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on SAP solutions and technology trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10-15 years mínimally years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with expertise in multiple SAP modules and technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture principles, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and integration technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex SAP solutions, including custom development and integration with external systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP certification in relevant areas, such as SAP Certified Application Architect or SAP Certified Technology Associate.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Activate.
- Knowledge of cloud computing principles and experience with SAP cloud solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Business Technology Platform.
