We are looking for an enthusiastic and technical Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The role is aligned to a strong and rapidly growing customer-base, developing business in-region to GPs and LPs.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of key clients within the APAC region
- Build positive and strong relationships with clients at various levels
- Build and document knowledge about the client’s business and technical setup
- Analyze the client’s product deployment, identify areas for improvement and upsell
- Transition viable product sales opportunities to assigned Sales Representatives
- Expose both cross sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients via both warm and cold prospecting
- Develop account management strategies and campaigns within the client base to uncover value
- Log any bugs or feature requests
- Identify any training requirements and help drive client adoption
- Focus on client retention, helping to address needs and requests of key stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with the APAC sales team and client services team
- Travel for account management and relationship building
- Perform other duties as and tasks as assigned

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- A proven technical background handling complex clients and product deployments
- Experience in a consultative selling style to senior-level contacts
- Knowledge and understanding of the Alternative Assets industry
- Diligence, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential
- A positive attitude and positive contribution to the work environment
