**Job Overview**:
The Accounting & Admin Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization. This role combines accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and financial reporting with administrative duties to support daily office functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Responsibilities**

1. **Bookkeeping & Financial Records**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

2. **Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow**:

- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Assist in managing petty cash transactions.

3. **Payroll & Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and process payroll, including statutory deductions and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare GST/VAT and other filings.

4. **Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.

**Administrative Responsibilities**

1. **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational needs.

2. **Documentation & Records**:

- Maintain employee and organizational records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents, both physical and digital.

3. **Support Functions**:

- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Provide general administrative support to the management and other departments.

4. **Compliance & Coordination**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and government agencies.

5. **Human Resource**:

- Administer payroll and claim
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, claims and benefits information

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero or SAP).
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

**Skills**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Requirements**:

- Full time position, based in Singapore

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (required)
- Admin: 1 year (required)

**Location**:

- Singapore (required)

Work Location: In person
