The aim of Monetization Integrity team is to create a safe advertising space for both clients and users. We work closely with strategic cross-functional partners and advertisers, striving to implement policies that mitigate and eliminate risks. As we continue to expand, your involvement will impact the direction and growth of our products and company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Participate in organizing and operating training programs;
2. Communicate with trainers, coordinate venues, materials, resources pertaining to online/on-site training, make sure training activities can function smoothly;
3. Scheduling and coordinating all behind-the-scenes training logistics such as accurately managing attendee lists, inviting trainees;
4. Assist in creating, publishing, and maintaining online courses;
5. Collect training data and manage training database.

**What you can expect from this role**:
1. Learn the methodologies and real cases of training needs analysis, effectiveness evaluation and curriculum designing;
2. Work with global colleagues in a diverse team;

1. Passionate about learning & development and training, have a good user/service awareness;
2. Have excellent expression and communication skills, able to communicate well in English;
3. Team player, proactive and intrinsically motivated; have a strong sense of responsibility, good at organizing activities;
4. Proficient in using Office Suite; familiar with Google tools such as Data Studio is a plus;
**5. Minimum internship period**: 3 months; at least work 4 days per week.
