The Senior Manager, Franchise Profitability APAC is responsible for analyzing and forecasting franchisee and Joint Venture financial performance, developing insights and recommendations for senior management. This role supports monthly closing activities, collaborates with multiple departments, and provides critical data and strategic insights to enhance franchisee profitability across brands and regions.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis & Reporting**:Collect and analyze franchisee financial data from regional profitability teams and Joint Venture partners, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- **Performance Assessment**:Evaluate current franchisee performance, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- **Standardization & Best Practices**:Develop strategies and processes to standardize profitability analytics and establish best practices across brands and regions.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Regional Profitability Leads and other departments, providing insights to support regional growth and profitability strategies.
- **Forecasting & Planning**:Assess and forecast key profitability drivers and supply regional development teams with data-driven insights to support accelerated growth.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- **Education**:At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
- **Experience**:4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field with strong analytical skills.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- **Self-Starter**:Ability to learn business intricacies quickly and proactively identify and solve issues.
- **Problem Solving & Organization**:Strong problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to managing data and processes.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
