**Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) - Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results - Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience - Experience in management - Experience managing global technology teams - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred **Background** Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is part of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG). TTS is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, clearing, depository receipts and commercial cards services. TTS has a global network spanning more than 100 countries and is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability and flexibility. We provide clients with dynamic information, tools, and APIs to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains. One of the key functions within TTS is the Liquidity Management Services (LMS) business. LMS helps Citi meet clients' cash management needs by optimizing liquidity, maximizing returns, and increasing efficiency. We are investing heavily in the growth of this key business, particularly with regards to the technology that underpins this offering. The emphasis is both on the modernization and scalability of our platforms, as well as driving innovative new business products for our clients. **Role Description** **Key Responsibilities**: - Assume responsibility for the delivery of the above-mentioned book of work and partner extremely closely with the Core Accounts technology team to execute this. - Assume leadership of a large and growing technical organization. Attract, upgrade, and develop strong technical talent and build a strong technical team. Assess and align location strategy as needed to achieve optimal outcome for delivery vs cost. - Engage with senior stakeholders across the LMS program as well as across the Institutional Client Group (ICG). - Evangelize and drive modern architectural and governance methodologies and influence buy in from a diverse set of key stakeholders. - Build collaborative working relationships with technology, business, and operational partners in both a regional and global setting. - Manage the organization to agreed-upon financial and headcount targets, and provide metric-driven measurable competitive advantage. - As a responsible technology leader, you will have an acute sense of Risk and Control elements of the role and ensure these are delivered on time. **Knowledge and Experience** - Knowledge/experience of Liquidities and/or Core Accounting preferable - Experience building and managing global technology teams - Experience designing reference architectures and conformance to enterprise blueprints - Experience with Java, Kafka messaging, RDBMS and/or NoSQL Databases - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Development - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
