**Roles and Responsibilities**
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
Liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective e-commerce solutions.
Mapping out and documenting business processes and requirements, including functional specifications and user stories.
Working closely with project managers, developers, and UX teams to deliver seamless, high-quality digital commerce platforms.
Conducting detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a successful SAP Commerce implementation.
Provide functional expertise to design and implement SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for functional issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption.
**Skill set**
Should have 9+ years of experience with SAP Commerce implementations especially with B2B commerce.
Should have strong knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud modules, features, functionalities and best practices.
Should have proven experience as a Business Analyst within the SAP Commerce Cloud ecosystem.
Should have Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce processes, challenges, and best practices.
Should have Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
