The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. - Educate Shopee Mall sellers on how to use the platform, good shop management practices and encourage the use of Shopee marketing functions
- Coordinate and execute promotional activities between sellers and business teams
- Be the point of contact for sellers regarding questions on the Shopee platform and promotional activities
- Receive and update sellers' details
- Adjust call scripts to target sellers' interests and needs better
- Track seller engagement rates and follow up with sellers on new opportunities
- Record client feedback on promotional activities and products

**Requirements**:

- Passionate and driven individual
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguities and problem solve in a logical manner
- Displays positive, empathetic, resilient and professional attitude
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in sales, marketing, customer service, telemarketing or related areas
