**Architecture**:

- Design product-platform integration across multiple vendor ecosystem.
- Integration API review, analysis, testing across systems.
- Setup platform connectivity and integration link between M1 and vendor systems.
- API flow design for new product features to meet business requirements.
- Identify gaps and challenges in existing setup, produce solution/workaround to business issues.

**Delivery**:

- Plan and prioritise product backlog and development for the product.
- Define the product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
- Assess value, develop cases and prioritise sprints to ensure work focuses on those with the maximum value that is aligned with product strategy.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the feature and requirements.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set an expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Develop product acceptance test plan, test strategy to accommodate business needs.
- Involved in actual acceptance test, bug/issue reporting and tracking with vendor to ensure timely fix.
- Conduct regular review with relevant parties to ensure delivery on track, develop contingency plan for unforeseen circumstances.

**Vendor Management**:

- Be the primary technical contact point between M1 and the relevant vendor.
- Monitor and analyse vendor performance, include KPI tracking, issue escalation, problem management and technical troubleshooting.
- Attend regular review meetings with vendor to ensure timely response and delivery of services.

**Reporting**:

- Full reporting responsibility for the said product, includes operational, technical, financial and business reports.
- Produce regular KPI reports through existing data from various systems.
- Design intuitive dashboards to support business leader’s key product/platform decisions.
- Be the advocate to streamline and automate existing reporting process.
- Analyse reports output and offer suggestion to product on area for improvement and/or identify potential issues on the product/platform.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years’ experience in telecom product and business management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product launch management or project management.
- Ability to demonstrate “start-up” mindset with strong ownership to deliver target with minimum supervision.
- Strong knowledge of cellular network architecture 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE and IMS networks.
- Strong knowledge of relational database, MSSQL MySQL, Snowflake Cloud, ThoughtSpot.
- Fluent with spreadsheet in number analysis, KPI reporting, charts and visualisation.
- Fluent with telecommunication protocols, online and real time charging systems, prepaid and postpaid billing models, OSS/BSS and value added services.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in developing plans and driving matrix or virtual teams, identifying and resolving/escalating issues, bottlenecks and barriers, and initiate change that will make for substantial improvement.
- Able to use significant internal and external influencing capability as well as motivating and mobilizing multiple teams to deliver highly complex and time sensitive results.
- Ability to be extremely flexible in work nature, an entrepreneurial drive and sense of personal ownership.
- Culturally sensitive and a proven ability to work with teams and partners across multiple geographies.
- Strong ability to understand and articulate both technical and business requirements and to resolve conflicts positively.
