ST Engineering Info-Security strives to strengthen the cyber resiliency of the IT and OT infrastructures against the cyber threats by developing our indigenous capabilities and deepening our cyber domain expertise. We offer cybersecurity products like encryptors, data diode, secure data exchange gateway, trusted workspace solutions, secure mobility devices, etc.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Technical Lead to join the team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of secure networking products that underpin critical information security infrastructure.

As a Product Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and driving innovation in secure gateway solutions. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across design, development, and testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust products that meet stringent security standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to design and develop advanced secure gateway products that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Architect, review, and validate system-level designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security compliance.
• Drive technical problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, quality assurance, and operations teams to align technical solutions with market needs and compliance requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry trends to continuously improve product capabilities and security posture.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training within the division to enhance team competencies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for secure gateway products, ensuring alignment with ST Engineering's vision and customer demands.
• Support compliance and certification processes relevant to information security standards and regulation

Skills

• Extensive experience in network security engineering, particularly with secure gateway solutions, firewalls, VPNs, or intrusion detection/prevention systems will be advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in system architecture design, DevSecOps concepts, and software development life cycles
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and solution frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading technical teams and complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and product excellence.
• Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to continuous professional development and staying current with evolving cyber threats and technologies.
