Our Companyis a leading provider of safety and survival solutions, specializing in **Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE)**and **Life-Saving Appliances (LSA)**for the maritime industry. We work closely with shipowners, managers, and operators to ensure their fleets comply with international safety regulations while maintaining peak operational performance.
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused **Key Account Manager**to manage and expand relationships with our most valued customers. This role is critical in supporting clients in the shipping and offshore sectors by delivering high-quality service solutions for FFE and LSA on board vessels worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key maritime clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored FFE & LSA service solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from quotation to negotiation to closing deals
- Coordinate with service teams and technical departments to ensure timely and compliant service delivery on board
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and service agreements
- Ensure all services meet SOLAS, IMO, and Flag State compliance
- Regularly visit clients, attend industry events, and provide after-sales support
