- At least 2 years of experience in F&B operations or food stall/restaurant management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive working attitude and ability to work under pressure
