**Job Description: Food Stall Helper (Yong Tau Foo Stall at Vivo City)**

**Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:Assist in food preparation according to established recipes and standards. This includes food preparation, slicing vegetables, and preparing sauces.

**Customer Service**:Greet customers in a friendly manner. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring customers' wants are met. Answer customer queries.

**Stall Maintenance**:Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Cash Handling**:Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide correct change to customers. Maintain proper cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.

**Order Fulfillment**:Prepare food orders promptly and efficiently.

**Quality Control**:Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food preparation and customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a fast-food or food stall environment.
- Knowledge of Yong Tau Foo preparation techniques and ingredients is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and sanitary food stall.
