The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager, with a major focus on Digital Marketing, is responsible for driving online presence, brand awareness, and engagement for Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, Holiday Inn Express Singapore Katong and the F&B establishments within. This position works closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager in the Sales and Marketing Team to promote our unique hospitality offerings, ensuring our brand message is consistently articulated across all digital platforms.

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and activities of the
1) Hotels to uphold image and brand positioning within the marketplace and the general public. These include advertising, promotions, public relations, partner and channel marketing, loyalty marketing, campaign management, digital and new media development, social media engagement, as well as events management.
- **SEO & SEM**:Optimise website content for search engines, manage Google Ads and other paid search platforms to drive website traffic.
- **Social Media Management**:Spearhead our presence on various social media platforms, curating engaging content and running targeted ad campaigns.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Regularly analyse and report on the performance of online campaigns, website traffic, and social engagement metrics.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with sales, PR, and other related departments to ensure alignment of promotional efforts.
- **Online Partnerships**:Engage with online influencers, bloggers and relevant digital platforms to widen the hotel’s online reach.
- Coordinate with the F&B team to create engaging and visually appealing content that showcases the unique dining experiences, promotions, and events offered by the hotel.
- Manage and optimize the hotel’s F&B website, including updating content, images and promotional offers.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a strong online presence by actively engaging with customers and responding to inquiries, reviews, and feedback on social media channels.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, integrating innovative ideas and strategies into the hotel’s F&B marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to cross-promote F&B offerings ensuring a cohesive brand experience for guests.
- Support the overall marketing efforts of the hotel by contributing to broader campaigns and initiatives, as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Marketing Communication Manager and other stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with Marketing Communications Manager on Digital Marketing Plan and Budget
- Ensure content is up-to-date and consistent across all channels and partner websites as per brand standards (e.g. hotels’ websites, OTAs, F&B delivery platforms and reservation platform)
- Work in line with business needs
- Assist with the preparation of new products and services
**People**:
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies and vendors.
- **Training**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and provide training for relevant staff if needed.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with third-party agencies, ensuring they align with the hotel’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Relationship management with media, agencies, OTAs, government agencies (e.g. NHB, STB).
- Liaison with advertising agency
**Guest experience**:
- **Online Engagements**: Engage with guests and prospective clients online, ensuring their queries and feedback are addressed promptly.
- **Consistent Branding**: Ensure all digital touchpoints provide a consistent and unique guest experience reflecting the brand’s essence.
- **Feedback Analysis**: Utilize online reviews and feedback to enhance and tailor the guest experience further.
