**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established and growing player in the **construction industry**,
They are currently seeking an **Assistant HR Manager**to support the Full spectrum of HR function.
**Overview**:
This is a generalist role (Full spectrum), supporting the HR Manager in daily operations across recruitment, foreign worker management, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR administration.
**HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle**
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation of all HR transactions.
- Oversee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and other movements.
**Employee Engagement & Event Management**
- Serve as the go-to person for employee welfare and engagement-related matters.
- Plan, organise, and execute internal company events.
- e.g. Staff appreciation activities, Festive celebrations, Company retreats or team-building events, Long service award ceremonies, CSR or wellness initiatives
- Work with internal departments and external vendors to manage event logistics, budgeting, and execution.
- Drive a positive work culture through regular engagement and feedback channels.
**Training & Development**
**Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning**
- Coordinate hiring activities for site and HQ roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
**Payroll & Compliance**
- Liaise with payroll vendor/internal payroll to ensure accurate payroll inputs (OT, leave, claims, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with MOM, employment legislation, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR audits when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the construction or related engineering industry.
- Experience with foreign worker management and understanding of MOM regulations.
