We believe in working hard as a team. Friendly and fun team working towards the same goal. Our team is looking for:
**Interior Designer**
- Meet and understand client’s objectives and prepare design proposal
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Produce 3D & detailed drawings
- Work with sub-contractors or suppliers to understand and source for materials
- Develop creative, solution-base plans to clients in areas of space planning, furniture products, colours and mood board
- Take on-site measurements and all relevant photos for planning and conceptualising
- Work closely with project team and client during the content construction/implantation phase
- Understand the construction process and prioritize the procedures at various stages
- Ensure dimensions and materials use are accurate and fully functional
- Work diligently to deliver services and completed projects to client timely and professionally
- Maintain work communication and attend to client, project team enquiries always via WhatsApp and other communication tools, outside working hours if necessary
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design & Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop
- Exceptional time management and deliver jobs punctually
- Strong analytical skills and confident in handling clients’ concerns
- Organized, trustworthy, highly motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Require to handle projects simultaneously
- Able to communicate Mandarin for Chinese speaking associates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
