Job Description: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the needs and vision of our clients. Your expertise in design principles, materials, and project management will play a vital role in the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and design preferences.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
- Manage and supervise junior designers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or high-end residential projects.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and ability to execute projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, as well as other design and visualization tools.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and design team members.
- Leadership abilities and experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
