**About Global Precious Metals
Global Precious Metals is a niche player in the wealth management industry. The company services high net worth clients who want to allocate part of their portfolio to alternative assets, including physical precious metals (gold, silver, platinum and palladium), as ‘wealth insurance’. The company has a diverse global clientele ranging from high net worth individual, family offices, investment funds and precious metals trading companies. The company also provides fully insured custody in high security vaults around the world.

This role requires both performance of routine tasks with the attention to detail warranted by very high value segments, but also ownership of vital support processes. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end, with all matters in relation to potential, new and existing clients and collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve clients’ support and enhance overall clients’ satisfaction. You will also be involved in the preparation of wires to the clients.

**Core Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager to perform customers due diligence at different stages of client’s trade cycle
- Assist the manager to perform periodical KYC/AML reviews
- Compile and ensure completeness of clients records
- Prepare and compile trade related documents for the manager
- Prepare and compile periodic clients’ reporting package for the manager
- Conduct desk research to identify prospective customers
- Prepare wires to clients

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and experience**:

- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate; at best, within precious metals/commodity trading is desired
- Minimum diploma holder in Business Administration or a related field

Skills and expertise:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have a high level of reliability, professionalism and respect confidentiality
- You can collaborate as well as work independently
- Effective interpersonal skills and are good at network/relationship building
- Extreme attention to detail and understanding of the adverse consequences of errors for the business
- Interest to modern customer relationship management and digital marketing
