Currently, we are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst **in Singapore.

Job Title: Senior/Lead Business Analyst

Location: Singapore (On-site)

Project: EMD Technology Uplift Project - Enhancing analytics capabilities, technology infrastructure, and processes to optimize portfolio management, performance, risk, and exposure tracking within the **Asset Management division.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the business analysis effort for the EMD Technology Uplift Project, focused on improving portfolio analytics, performance, and risk management systems.
- Engage with stakeholders across the Asset Management division to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with technology and analytics teams to design solutions that enhance performance measurement, risk assessments, and portfolio exposure analysis.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing systems and future requirements, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, business cases, and post-implementation reviews.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful delivery of project objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- **Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst **, specifically on analytics or data-driven projects in the **Asset Management or financial services **industry.
- **Financial services experience, especially in Asset Management **or related fields.
- Experience in portfolio analytics and working on projects focused on improving performance, risk, and exposure metrics.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a deep understanding of investment portfolios and risk factors.
- Strong expertise in portfolio analytics, with familiarity in performance measurement, risk management, and exposure analysis within investment portfolios.
- Prior experience in data strategy development and implementation within the financial industry.
