**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for strategic projects and initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.

- Develop process models, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution design and implementation.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimise business performance.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate requirements from business users and technical teams.

- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior management and stakeholders.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence) and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is highly desirable.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
