**Senior IT Business Analyst**

**What can you expect?**
- An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Information Technology Business Analyst to support the discovery work and deliver Marsh global technology strategy.
- The Senior Information Technology Business Analyst will partner closely with business leaders, clients and vendors to identify business needs, define process requirements and design systems specifications.

**We will count on you to**:

- Understand business needs, facilitate business requirements and document business requirements into Business Requirements Document (BRD).
- Develop current and future state process diagrams.
- Participate in QA testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including development of UAT test scenarios and test scripts.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials for the team.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably in insurance sectors.
- Deep knowledge of insurance broking system functionalities and processes.
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
- Ability to participate and lead requirements gathering, as well as review sessions with IT and business representatives.
- Ability to articulate Business Requirements to both onshore and offshore development teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL) with Oracle 10g or above.
