Accountant

Our client, a fast-growing and MAS-regulated trading platform, is seeking an **Accountant**to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to grow within a high-performing fintech business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **full set of accounts**, including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliation
- Prepare and submit **MAS regulatory reports**in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support **group consolidation**and financial reporting across entities
- Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive improvements in financial processes and controls to support the company's scaling
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; **CPA/ACCA qualification**is preferred
- Minimum **3-5 years**of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a regulated environment
- Prior experience with **MAS reporting**and **group consolidation**is essential
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Proficient in accounting systems and Excel
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setup
