DTB Distribution is a Singapore-based distributor that specializes in omni-channel distribution and marketing of both luxury and consumer beauty and lifestyle brands.

**About this role**:
This is a key leadership role in our Commercial Organisation to help grow the DTB business across the region, which includes selecting and managing relationships with our key customers across different channels.

**What does success look like?**
- Develop a sound and sustainable distribution strategy for brands managed by DTB.
- Expand distribution channels locally and regionally (namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Middle East, Australia etc).
- This individual will lead the selection, management, development, and relationship building with variety of retailers to achieve sales quotas and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Lead retailer negotiations cross channels and across the region.
- Meet entity revenue and net profit targets.
- Partner with DTB GM in selecting channel partner who have the requisite capabilities to help DTB in its sales and customer satisfaction efforts.
- Deliver excellence in execution according to principal expectations and trade agreements with channel partners.
- Develop co-marketing business plans in partnership with Marketing team, to drive YOY growth, as well as both short
- and long-term channel sales objectives.
- Co-ordinate with the Marketing team in developing and executing marketing plans across the region.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in commercial or sales positions, with hands-on exposure in Singapore.
- Possessing existing relationship with retail partners in APAC and Middle East region is a plus.
- Regional business planning experience in retail industry.
- Evident commercial background, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
- Team building and development experience in sizeable organisation, including attracting, developing, and retaining talents.
