As the Director of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial strategy and performance of the hotel.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing the hotel's commercial strategy to optimise revenue and profitability.
- Overseeing the sales and marketing and to ensure the hotel meets its commercial objectives.
- Drive corporate, leisure, MICE, and group sales strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with departments to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of the commercial strategy.
- Providing strategic guidance and leadership to the commercial team to drive continuous improvement.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the hotel industry, including pricing, revenue management, and distribution channel.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
