**Overview**:
**Responsibilites:
**(Factory Manager duties)**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, including production lines, quality control and inventory management
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor production output and quality, taking corrective actions when necessary
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Coordinate with various departments like HR admin, logistics, and quality control
- Enforce company policies and labour laws

**(Facility Manager duties)**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the factory, equipment and systems
- Maintaining a clean and functional work environment by managing cleaning services and waste disposal
- Optimizing the use of space within factory to ensure it meets the needs of production processes and employees

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a factory & facility management role in Malaysia
- Experience in Automation & 3D printing will be a Plus point
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Malaysia health and safety regulations
- Fluency in English and Malay languages
